** Please note that majority of our products will arrive within a 5 day framework after the product has been processed and shipped out. Some variability may cause the shipment to take longer than usual.
** HEATS is not responsible for any duties/taxes upon arrival to your location & any delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
** Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Additional information:
- Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 12 hours and your order is fulfilled within 2 days.
- All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been fulfilled and ready to ship (please check your spam mail if you cannot see it).
- Please note when ordering a variety of different products in one order that each product may arrive separately due to our multiple warehouses for different products.
- Cancellations can be made within 2 hours of your order. Once we have fulfilled and shipped your order, you cannot cancel an order.
- If you have made an error in your address, please email us ASAP. We cannot guarantee the change in address if the order is already fulfilled and processed to ship. We are not responsible for address changes after 2 hours.
